GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation

Consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Act of the Slovak Republic No. 18/2018 Coll., and according to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679

Controller: AMG Security s.r.o.processes the following of your personal data:

 

Legal person: company name, registered company address, company registration number (IČO), tax identification number (DIČ), company delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address.
Purpose of processing your personal data: issuing of necessary tax documents, communication with customers and delivering of the contract.

 

Purpose of your personal data processing

The company processes your personal data that are necessary for tax documents, communication with customers and delivering of the contract.

The consent requested for marketing purposes is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to receive our latest offers of products and services that are tailored to you. Without consent, we are not able to send you any individual offers.

 

Collection of your personal data

The above-mentioned personal data is collected directly from you. You may have provided this data online, or on other documents.

For how long can your personal data be kept?

In compliance with the Archives and Registries Act, the Accounting Act, and the Value Added Tax Act we will keep your personal data for 10 years following the year it relates to (i.e. the year in which the last invoice was issued).

If you are not our client, and you will never become a client of our company, your consent will be valid for 10 years from the date of expressing your consent, or until your consent will be withdrawn.

After this period, your personal data will be erased, but only to the extent, and for purposes for which, according to the legal provisions, your consent is not required.

Who can access your personal data?

We will not provide access to your personal data to third parties.

Your rights relating to personal data processing

In Slovak Republic, the proper processing of personal data is of particular importance and personal data protection is a given. Therefore, its protection is imperative and comes as a standard. In relation to the processing of personal data you can exercise the following rights:

Information about the processing of your personal data

The information includes in particular: identification and contact details of the controller, their representative and, where applicable, the data protection officer, the purposes of the data processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipient or categories of recipients of personal data, information on the transfer of personal data to third countries, the period of personal data storage, authorized controllers, a list of your rights, the option of contacting the Office for Personal Data Protection, the source of the personal data processed, information about whether and how automated decision-making and profiling occurs.

Right of access to personal data

You have the right to get confirmation of whether personal data relating to you are being processed, and if so, you have the right to be informed about its processing, the categories of personal data concerned, and the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, if any; the period for which the personal data will be stored, as well as freedom of information on your rights, on a right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority, source from which the personal data originate, information about whether and how automated decision-making and profiling occurs, right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards relating to the transfer to a third country or to an international organization. You have the right to obtain a copy of processed personal data.

Right to rectification

Are we processing your personal data that are outdated or inaccurate? Have you changed anything, for example, your address? Please let us know and we will modify your personal data.

Right to erasure (Right to be forgotten)

In some cases, determined by law, we are obliged to erase your personal data if you request to do so. Every request of deletion will be evaluated on its own merit as the AMG Security s.r.o. also has the duty and legitimate interest to keep personal data.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data only to the minimum required by law or to block your personal data.

Right to data portability

You can exercise your right to provide your data to a third party, in an appropriate, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit those data to another controller where there will be no legal or other critical obstacles.

Right to object and automated individual decision-making

If you find or believe that we are processing your personal data that infringes on your private or personal life or is in conflict with the legal provisions, please contact us and ask for an explanation or the removal. You may exercise your right to object directly to automated decision-making and profiling.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, registered office at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.

All information about your rights and statements are provided free of charge.

How long does it take to get a response?

All statements and information about the actions undertaken will be provided as soon as possible, but no later than one calendar month. If necessary, or in case of complex requests or a higher number of requests, this period can be extended to two months. We will inform you about any extension, including an indication of the reasons.

How can you withdraw your consent to personal data processing?

The consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary, and it can be withdrawn at any time.

What information should be included in the consent withdrawal request?

  • Appellant: Please indicate your first and the last name, address, and the date of birth, so we can easily identify you.
  • Where to you send the consent withdrawal request?
  • Request stating that you wish to withdraw the consent to personal data processing.
  • Your signature.

How can I withdraw my consent?

  • The personal data processing consent withdrawal must be posted to us in writing, so that we can keep a proper record of it. Please do not forget to sign the withdrawal.
  • The written withdrawal request should be posted to our registered company address.
