Consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. and according to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679

Controller: AMG Security s.r.o. processes the following personal data:

 

Legal person: company name, invoicing address, registration number, tax identification number, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address

Purpose of the intended processing of personal data:  tax document, communication with the customer, performance of a contract

 

PURPOSE OF THE INTENDED PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The company processes your personal data that are necessary for tax documents, communication with customers and the performance of a contract.

The consent provided for marketing purposes is voluntary, but consent is necessary for being able to receive our individual offer of products and services. Without giving consent, we cannot send you individual offers of our product and services.

THE SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA

The above-mentioned personal data are obtained directly from you.  You may have provided us with these data online or on other documents.

HOW LONG CAN YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE STORED?

In compliance with the Archives and Registries Act, Accounting Act and Value Added Tax Act we will keep your personal data for 10 years following the year it relates to (year in which the last invoice was issued).

If you are not our customer and you will never become a customer of our company, your consent will be valid for 10 years from the date of giving consent until your consent will be withdrawn.

After that period, your personal data will be erased, but only to the extent and for purposes which, according to the legal provisions, do not require your consent.

WHO CAN HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will not provide access to your personal data to third parties.

YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In Slovak Republic, the proper processing of personal data is of particular importance and personal data protection is a given. In relation to the processing of personal data you can exercise following rights:

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Information includes: identification and contact details of the controller, controller’s representative and data protection officer, where applicable, the purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended, the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, if any; information that the controller intends to transfer personal data to a recipient in a third country, the period for which the personal data are stored, data controllers, the list of your rights, the possibility to contact the Supervisory Authority, the source of processed personal data and information in existence and the way of automated individual decision-making and profiling.

RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to you are being processed, and if it is processed, you have the right to be informed about its processing, the categories of personal data concerned and the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, if any; the period for which the personal data will be stored, freedom of information on your rights, right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority, source from which the personal data originate, information on the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards relating to the transfer to a third country or to an international organisation. You have the right to obtain a copy of processed personal data.

RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION

Do we process your personal data that are outdated or inaccurate? Have you changed your places of residence, for example? Please let us know and we will modify your personal data.

RIGHT TO ERASURE (RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN)

In some cases determined by law, we are obliged to erase your personal data if you inform us to do so. Every request of erasure will be evaluated individually because AMG Security s.r.o.  also has the duty and legitimate interest to keep personal data.

RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data only to the minimum required by law or to block your personal data.

RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

You can exercise your right to data portability to the third person, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller where there will be no legal or other important obstacles.

RIGHT TO OBJECT AND AUTOMATED INDIVIDUAL DECISION-MAKING

If you identify or believe that we are processing your personal data that infringes on your private or personal life or is in conflict with the legal provisions, please contact us and ask for an explanation or the removal of it. You may exercise your right to object by automated means and profiling.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic, with its registered office at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.

All the information about your rights and explanations are provided for free.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ANSWER?

All explanations and information about the actions undertaken will be provided as soon as possible, and no later than one month. If necessary or in case of complex requests or a higher number of requests, this period can be extended to two months. We will inform you about any extension, including an indication of the reasons.

HOW CAN YOU WITHDRAW CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

The consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary, and it can be withdrawn any time.

WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT?

Appellant: Please indicate your first name, surname, address and date of birth, so we can identify you.

Who you send the withdrawal of consent to:

Information stating that you wish to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data.

Your signature.

HOW CAN I DELIVER THE WITHDRAWAL?

The withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data must be sent in writing so that we keep a proper record of it.  Please do not forget to sign the withdrawal.
