WE CARE ABOUT STAFF SELECTION
We carefully choose our staff based on their experience and references which can be verified. We check the professional experience of each candidate. During personal interviews, we evaluate each candidate’s communication skills, behaviour and reactions. Every employee of the security service is required to possess a security guard certificate, necessary checks, must be in good health and without a criminal record.
We assign the staff to our clients according the individual client requirements based on the professional background and personality of a guard. Different positions require different personalities and skills.
The work of guards is checked by the site manager or security supervisor. Every site has its own site manager who is responsible for solving the situations. The site manager is supervised directly by the management of AMG Security.
